Shipping policy

MADE TO ORDER
Every Eva & Leo blazer is handmade to order in Lithuania after your order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your blazer to be made and finished before it is dispatched.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Shipping is complimentary on all orders to the UK and the European Union.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Once your blazer is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the UK and the European Union. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us at concierge@evaandleolondon.com and we'll do our best to help.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders are dispatched from Lithuania. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries to the UK, all duties and taxes are included — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

DELAYS
If there is any delay in making or delivering your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
